CIBC Mellon has launched a new and enhanced version of its Pensioner Information Network (PIN), an Internet-based online inquiry tool that provides plan sponsors instant access to their pension payroll database. Among the many new features of PIN, CIBC Mellon has added several new reports, redesigned the homepage and streamlined content to make it easier for users to navigate and find the information they require.

“We are committed to providing our pension clients with services that

make managing their plan easier,” said Tim Dixon, CIBC Mellon senior vice president, relationship management. “The introduction of our new,

enhanced PIN product supports that commitment and provides our users with a time saving tool that enables them to find the information they want

from their desktop.”

PIN is designed for plan sponsors who feel that waiting for a monthly

report to obtain pensioner payment information is not always practical.

CIBC Mellon clients who use this service are provided with the

information they need to answer queries from retired plan members, run

customized reports that allow them to summarize payment information,

reconcile pension payroll from one period to another, and obtain current

address lists for communications to retirees.
