Chris Brooke, who recently left COR Financial Solutions, has resurfaced at Westchester Associates as a Director within their UK team.
Westchester is a corporate finance company with a particular specialism in providing M&A advisory services to technology companies. Brooke takes to the company 16 years of experience in financial services technology, including responsibility for a series of acquisitions, divestitures and investments.
Most recently, Brooke served as the Executive Director of business and corporate development for COR Financial Solutions Ltd, a software and services company focused in the asset management and banking sectors.
Brooke has a degree and an MBA from Edinburgh University together with a Securities Institute Corporate Finance Certificate. He has served on the boards of several companies.
