According to the official announcement published by the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE), Concorde, one of the biggest Hungarian brokerage firms, has sold a 4.17% stake in BSE.
The seller of the stake was Caldwell Investment which has minority ownership in many stock exchanges throughout the world. Caldwell Investment has not initiated its registration in the share registrar of BSE yet.
