Financial consultancy Catalyst has added three new partners—Greville Lucking, Stephen Loosley and Tom Lodge—as the firm sees increased demand for clearing, risk and regulatory services across the globe, particularly in APAC.
Lucking has over 20 years of experience in banking and financial service, including a position as chief operating officer and head of the Calypso practice at software consultancy Formicary Limited.
Loosley has been promoted from managing consultant at Catalyst to partner, where he focuses on Catalyst’s international OTC clearing, risk and regulatory projects. Before joining Catalyst, he served as an analyst at LCH SwapClear and later as head of SwapClear’s middle office.
Lodge has also been promoted from managing consultant to partner, and he specializes in OTC clearing and swap compressions. His investment banking career spans change management, product control, finance and trading. Before joining Catalyst, he worked at Deutsche Bank, where he insured operational readiness around OTC rates clearing.
