Carl Kennedy has joined the Managed Funds Association as legal counsel.
Kennedy comes to MFA from Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP in Washington, DC, where he practiced in the firm’s Public Finance Department and Tax Group. He joins a four-person legal team that is led by Stephanie Pries, vice president and senior legal counsel.
