Cardano Risk Management has appointed Simone Lavelle and Andrew Macpherson to its UK team. Lavelle will join the UK management board as the CFO/COO and Macpherson will join the client consulting team.
“We are delighted with the progress we have made so far with the recruitment for the team based in London,” says Cardano CEO Theo Kocken. “The role of CFO/COO which we are announcing today further strengthens the UK management team and will ensure that all the financial and operational aspects of running the London office can be expertly handled.”
Lavelle joins from Rabobank International, where she was executive director and head of risk control for London.
“Andrew Macpherson brings additional skills to our already strong client team and extends our offering to clients,” Kocken adds. “These additional appointments and the progress we are making with our office mean we will be ready to start even earlier as planned, at the beginning of July.”
Macpherson most recently worked at Hewitt, where he was involved in providing various aspects of investment advice to pension fund clients specialising in liability driven investment strategies.
