Cardano has appointed Ralph Frank to join its UK team.
Frank will be responsible for researching and designing investment solutions to meet UK clients’ specific return and risk requirements.

Frank who has 13 years experience within the pensions and investment industry joins from Mercer, where he was European director of consulting in its investment consulting business. There his role included overall responsibility for the European component of Mercer’s research and advisory functions outside of manager research, as well as providing a full range of investment advice to a number of clients. Before joining Mercer he was the senior director in charge of Alexander Forbes Asset Consultants.
Frank’s appointment brings Cardano’s London team to nine, following the recent appointment of Andrew Bellhouse from Hewitt. These appointments bring the total number of staff in the European investment and risk team to over 60.
