Capita Investor Relations Services part of Capita Registrars, announces the appointment of Nick Dawson as the business’ new managing director.
Nick has extensive market experience in investor relations services and market intelligence aimed at companies and their advisors. From 1999 to 2006 he ran the leading UK equity ownership service, Citywatch. He also spent over 3 years heading the Thomson Reuters Corporate Advisory Services business for Europe, Middle East and Africa, whose corporate clients included HSBC, Sainsbury and Xstrata and a range of advisory firms including Deutsche, Morgan Stanley and Collins Stewart.
Nick has recently joined the Capita team to expand and enhance the suite of services aimed at investor relations professionals.
