Capita Financial Group has been appointed fund administrator and transfer agent by authorized corporate director and real estate investment manager AEW UK, following the conversion of the AEW UK Core Property Fund to a Property Authorized Investment Fund (PAIF).
This conversion to new U.K. fund structure authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority opens the high-income AEW UK Core Property fund to a broader investor base that include U.K. and overseas professional investors.
