Cains Advocates Limited, a law firm in the Isle of Man, announced the expansion of its business with the opening of a London office.
The London branch is located in the heart of the City of London, at One Love Lane EC2.
The office will provide UK support for Cains’ Isle of Man headquarters. The London operation will be headed by corporate lawyer, Daniel Mackelden (who recently joined Cains from Walkers prior to which he worked with Linklaters in London and the Far East), and Charlie Macfarlane, formerly head of marketing at Fleming Private Asset Management.
Mackelden says, “The prospect of opening in London is an exciting one. Our clients are delighted with this addition to our network, which will enable us to better service the needs of our wide international client base.”
Andrew Corlett, managing director of Cains, commenting on the launch of the new office, says, “The opening of the London office is great news for Cains and demonstrates our commitment to service our clients both through the Isle of Man and increasingly through other international centers.”
