CACEIS Group has has opened a new depositary bank branch in the Netherlands. The branch will offer depositary and custody services to clients operating in the Dutch market, in addition to the fund administration services CACEIS currently provides there.
CACEIS received approval from the Dutch financial supervision body De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) to provide asset services in the country.
As the implementation of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) draws near, CACEIS’s new depositary bank will be able to serve clients by offering AIFMD-compliant services, such as assisting clients in meeting the local depositary requirements for AIFs.
