Following the statute requiring a rotation of chairman and vice-chairman every two years, CACEIS’ supervisory board recently was modified, naming Yves Perrier chairman and Francois Ladam, vice-chairman.
Perrie is a member of the executive committee, Credit Agricole S.A. and head of asset management business. Ladam is member of the management board of Natixis.
Members include Bertrand Badre, member of the executive committee, chief financial officer, Credit Agricole S.A.; Jean-Yves Forel, member of the executive committee, head of services division, Natixis; Ishan Kapur, member of the executive committee, global head of Financial Institutions Group, Calyon; Anthony Orsatelli, member of the management board of Natixis; Jean Sebeyran, head of corporate affairs, Caisse des Depots; Andrew Watson, member of the executive committee, head of employee savings plans of Credit Agricole Asset Management.
Yves Perrier, 53, is a graduate of the ESSEC business school and a certified public accountant. In 1999, he became an executive committee member with Credit Lyonnais, in charge of the supervision of finance, risk and general inspection. From 2004 to 2007, he was deputy managing director at Calyon. Yves Perrier is the director of asset management and a member of the executive committee at Credit Agricole S.A.
Francois Ladam, 60, an HEC graduate, has spent his entire career with the Banque Populaire Group as internal auditor and then chief executive officer of Banque Populaire regional bank. He was chief executive officer of Natexis Banques Populaires from 1 Nov., 2002.
