BNY Mellon has been appointed by Burberry Group as the successor depositary bank for its American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program. Each ADR represents two ordinary shares and trades on the OTC market under the symbol “BURBY.”

“We welcome Burberry as an ADR client and will work actively with them to build a targeted outreach program aimed at the global investment community,” says Christopher Kearns, CEO of BNY Mellon’s depositary receipts business.
