The Bulgarian Parliament has approved its second reading of the Changes on the Law on Public Offering of Securities.
“The aim of those changes is to harmonize the Bulgarian legislation with EU directives and to fix some imperfections in the current law,” said Miroslav Velikov, head of Custody at HVB Bank Biochim.
The changes will be published in the State Gazette, according to Velikov.
