Bulbank has acquired HVB Bank Biochim and Hebrosbank, with the three merging under the UniCredit Group.
Bulbank as the surviving bank will now be called UniCredit Bulbank. HVB Bank Biochim and Hebrosbank will cease to exist as separate legal entities, but their assets will not be liquidated.
Bulbank acquires all existing assets, liabilities and contractual relationships of the merging banks, so there will be no change in the legal position of customers and business partners of Bulbank, HVB Bank Biochim and Hebros Bank.
