The Crdit Agricole Board of Directors yesterday accepted the resignation of its Chairman, Marc Bu. In replacement, the Board elected Ren Carron Chairman. He is also Chairman of Crdit Agricole’s holding company, SAS La Botie, and of Fdration Nationale du Crdit Agricole (FNCA).
