The Financial Supervisory Authority in Hungary today approved the acquisition by the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE) of a 75.625% stake in the Budapest Commodity Exchange (BCE). This has the associated effect of increasing the BSE stake in the Hungarian CSD, KELER, to 26.67% directly and over 33% indirectly.
