BT Radianz says iVestigo, a provider of ASP-based IT monitoring solutions for banks, has hired it as exclusive network provider. the company will use the BT Radianz network to distribute its ASP-based IT operational risk management service, the OpsMonitor Service Bureau.
iVestigo’s OpsMonitor Service Bureau aims to provide real-time dashboard overviews of IT operations for business users, and in-depth “visibility” for IT technicians. It includes automatic alerts to staff, and technical information to enable problems to be diagnosed and resolved. It helps banks comply with the explicit system resilience requirements mandated in MiFID and inherent in Basel II.
