Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) today announced the hiring of Martyn S. Babitz as vice president and fiduciary officer for Brown Brothers Trust Company of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

Marty joins BBH from PNC Bank where he served as Vice President and Senior Wealth Planner for PNC Advisors’ Philadelphia market. Prior to this position, Marty practiced Tax, Trust and Estate law for 11 years with McCarter & English, Archer & Greiner, and as a sole practitioner. Marty has focused specifically on business succession planning, IRA distribution planning, and charitable planning, among other areas, in his work with clients.
