Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. announced that Gloss, its international securities transaction processing application, was the recipient of the Best Institutional Settlement System award given at the Systems in the City Awards ceremony in London on April 22, 2009. This is the fourth consecutive year that Gloss has received this award.
The Systems in the City Awards were introduced in 1999 to give recognition to companies and individuals that provide services to the securities industry. The awards are determined by online voting, mostly from user firms.
“We are delighted that Gloss has been recognised as the best institutional settlement system by the voters of the Systems in the City Awards,” says Elizabeth Lake, president, securities processing solutions, international, Broadridge. “Broadridge is fully focused on providing high quality customer service and international securities processing solutions, and we are committed to continually investing in our systems.”
“We congratulate Broadridge on winning this very highly respected Award,” says Stephen Pinner, managing director of Goodacre, the company responsible for organising the awards. “Broadridge’s Gloss solution is a highly regarded product in the securities industry and has again attracted a significant number of votes from those who appreciate its benefits.”
