Broadridge adds derivatives platform through acquisition

Broadridge has acquired Dojima, a clearing and connectivity platform for exchange-traded and cleared OTC derivatives.

The service will be rebranded Broadridge Derivatives Clearing, offering multi-asset exchange-traded derivatives functionality.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
