Bravura Solutions Limited (Bravura) a supplier of wealth management applications and professional services has expanded its global team with the appointment of Sonya Ditzell as the Head of Market Propositions for the EMEA region.
Sonya is responsible for communicating Bravura’s product vision and strategy to prospects and clients, and is responsible for developing new sales and sales support activities in Europe, Middle East and Africa. She reports directly to Bravura’s EMEA CEO, Tony Klim.

Ditzell will be based in Bravura’s London office and joins Bravura Solutions after four years as a strategic consultant in financial services. She has specialised in consulting for wrap programmes and product development, with previous roles including strategic advisory and management positions for major international banks, life companies and financial services organisations.
Prior to consulting, Sonya held a number of senior positions, including Head of Product, Insurance and Investments for Citigroup in Australia, Regional Sales Manager for ASGARD Employee Services in Australia and Head of Training and Technical Services for Prudential in Australia.
She has also been actively engaged within the financial services industry for many years in Australia as a lecturer, facilitator and author for the Institute of Accountants, the Securities Institute and the Financial Planning Association.
“I believe that my consulting and business management experience, coupled with my sales background and industry knowledge will allow me to successfully contribute to Bravura and further expand their UK footprint,” says Ditzell. “I am delighted to join the company and look forward to working with the team to secure new client opportunities.”
Ditzell has a Bachelor of Business, from the University of Technology, Australia, a Diploma of Education from Charles Sturt University, Australia, and a Diploma of Financial Planning, Australia.
She is currently completing her MBA at the Australia Graduate School of Management.
