Bravura Solutions Limited (Bravura), a global supplier of transfer agency and wealth management software applications and professional services, has signed a new 5-year contract with Legal and General Investments to extend its use of Bravuras Rufus transfer agency platform.
The contract will support Legal and Generals growing UK operations, expanding its current use of the platform to cover the administration of new fund range and distribution channels in their Unit Trust, ISA, and OEIC Unit Class businesses. This confirms Rufus as Legal and Generals core transfer agency system and consolidates an existing 13 year partnership with Bravura.
Rufus is one of Europes most widely used commercial transfer agency platforms administering over 335 billion of funds across 15 countries, with assets under administration rising by 23% in the last 12 months alone.
