SmartStream plays the role of strategic supplier for TLM Reconciliations. The tool is designed by Brandes to manage its diverse portfolio, increasing control and visibility in the transaction lifecycle through more efficient reconciliation and exception management processes.
When we implemented SmartStreams TLM, we started with about 50% of our institutional accounts, Richard Balk, director of operations, Brandes Investment Partners. The manual entry of posting transactions is now replaced by auto posting of high frequency transactions, resulting in an 80% decrease in processing time.
