UMB Fund Services, a subsidiary of UMB Financial Services Group in Wisconsin, has been appointed as administrator and fund accountant by Bragg Financial Advisors for its two funds, the Queens Road Small Cap Value Fund and Queens Road Value Fund.
The news was first reported by MutualFundWire.com, following an SEC-filing about the mandate on Dec. 21 2011.
Bragg, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, previously conducted administration for each fund in house, while Mutual Shareholder Services was the accountant for each fund.
