In relation to the information published by Global Custodian.com on Bank Handlowy revolutionizing Polish capital market dated December 17, 2002, and ING response to it I would like to support ING point of view on this subject presented by Mr. Stachurski.
BPH PBK (member of HVB Group) offered to its clients possibility to open single omnibus trading account for international brokers in July 2001. Describing Bank Handlowy decision to introduce such product to its customers almost one and a half year later as revolutionary to the market we regard as unfair and unjustified.
