The Bank of New York has been appointed by the Employees Provident Fund of Malaysia (EPF), the retirement scheme in Malaysia, to provide master custody services.

“For more than four decades, The Bank of New York has been serving clients in Malaysia and helping them reach their business objectives,” said Kenneth Lopian, executive vice president and head of the Asian-Pacific division at BNY. “Through our new office in Kuala Lumpur, our strong team of custody professionals will support EPF’s complex securities servicing needs and help them maximize performance and manage risk.”
