trustee, tender agent, paying agent and registrar for the $85,000,000 Health and Educational Facilities Authority of the State of Missouri Insured Rate Demand Health Facilities Revenue Bonds CoxHealth Series 2002.

The bonds are a tax-exempt conduit financing issued through the Health and Educational Facilities Authority of the State of Missouri. CoxHealth will use the bond proceeds for the improvement and expansion of its existing health facilities.

CoxHealth, a non-profit corporation with origins dating to 1906, operates three acute care general hospital facilities in Springfield, Missouri, known as Cox North, Cox South and Cox Walnut Lawn. Cox, together with certain subsidiaries and affiliated corporations, does business as CoxHealth.
