BNY Mellon to Serve as Depositary Bank for Austrian Post ADR Program

Austrian Post has appointed BNY Mellon as the depositary bank for its American depositary receipt (ADR) program.

Each Austrian Post ADR represents one-half of an ordinary share and trades over-the-counter under the symbol "OSTIY." Austrian Post's ordinary shares trade on the Vienna Stock Exchange under the symbol "POST."

Austrian Post (Oesterreichische Post) is the leading logistics and postal services provider in Austria. The company is represented by subsidiaries in 12 European markets, particularly in the parcel and logistics segment, as well as in unaddressed direct mail items.

"The interest in Austrian Post from U.S. investors has increased strongly the last few years," said Harald Hagenauer, head of investor relations at Austrian Post.
