Lehner will retain his role as President & CEO of Eagle Investment Systems, based in Boston.

Gately, who is based in New York, has worked in the asset management, trustee and custody spaces with organizations including Standard Chartered Bank, AIG and Commonwealth Bank of Australia. His most recent role was as a consultant at Eagle, focusing on its outsourcing and insurance services initiatives for BNY Mellon.

Lou Maiuri said: “We continue to see tremendous opportunity for our outsourcing services given our unique ability to span the spectrum of installed or hosted software to component based outsourcing to full BPO.
