BNY Mellon Asset Servicing has been appointed by PSigma Asset Management, to provide transfer agency and fund accounting to its four existing unit trusts: UK Income, UK Growth, American Growth and European Income valued at 350 million.

PSigma Asset Management is a boutique investment management company set up in January 2007; a 50/50 joint venture partnership between Punter Southall Group and Bill Mott, Graham Fuller and Ian Chimes.

“We are at an important stage in our company’s growth therefore it was essential to choose an investor services provider with an exceptional track record in partnering with rapidly accelerating boutique companies. After evaluating the alternatives available in the marketplace, we are confident that BNY Mellon Asset Servicing provides the best strategic fit to help us achieve our long-term business objectives,” says Ian Chimes, managing director, PSigma Asset Management.

“PSigma has big aspirations and the right people to grow quickly. “Their ability to attract so much new money to the PSigma Income fund in a very short period of time is testament to this. We believe that PSigma is an exciting company to be partnering with and we are honoured that they chose BNY Mellon Asset Servicing to deliver the infrastructure they need to succeed. We look forward to supporting the team as their business rapidly accelerates over the coming months,” adds Nadine Chakar, executive vice president and head of EMEA at BNY Mellon Asset Servicing.
