The Bank of New York, through its investment management arm BNY Asset Management, has appointed three executives to oversee investment strategy, research, and advisory services for its Private Client Asset Management division, which administers more than $60 billion in assets for high net worth clients.
Patrick T. Crowe, managing director and chief investment officer of Personal Asset Management, is responsible for overseeing equity strategies and investment research for the bank’s private clients. Kevin Connolly, managing director and chief investment officer of Personal Fixed Income, directs fixed income investment strategies. Burton Siegel, managing director of the Investment Advisory Group, is responsible for devising and implementing customized, open architecture asset allocation strategies for clients.
All three individuals now report to Kevin J. Bannon, The Bank of New York’s chief investment officer and chairman of the bank’s Investment Policy Committee, which determines strategy and portfolio allocation recommendations for institutional and private clients.
“These appointments reflect our commitment to developing and delivering investment solutions that help high-net-worth individuals accumulate and grow their wealth,” said Kevin J. Bannon, executive vice president and chief investment officer for BNY Asset Management. “Pat, Kevin and Burt collectively bring more than 75 years of private client investment experience to their positions, which will help solidify our focus on delivering superior, long-term returns to our clients.”
