BNP Paribas Securities Services has been appointed as the sole service provider for RAB Capital’s newly established Dublin-domiciled fund.

The BNP Paribas operation in Dublin will provide fund administration, transfer agency, trustee and global custody services to the fund, and its London operation will provide ISA and PEP administration services, as well as direct transfer agency services for UK investors.

“RAB Capital is very excited about its expansion into the retail funds arena, and to have the opportunity to draw upon the expertise of BNP Paribas Securities Services, one of the world’s largest service providers,” says Neil Warrender at RAB Capital.

RAB Capital is a fund management company, focused mainly on hedge funds. Founded in 1999, the company launched its first fund, the RAB Europe Fund, in November 1999 and now has a total of eight funds. RAB Capital has US$1.1 billion of assets under management.

“The combination of our Dublin fund administration, trustee and global custody offering with our proven track-record in providing retail and ISA/PEP administration services in the UK once again demonstrates the breadth of services offered by BNP Paribas Securities Services in both the UK and in Dublin,” adds Sebastien Danloy, Global Sales Manager for BNP Paribas’ UK investor services business.
