Broadridge Financial Solutions has signed a multi-year agreement with BNP Paribas to use Broadridge’s Global Proxy processing services for its clients in the Australasia region. BNP Paribas already uses the Broadridge service in Paris.

“We’ve been particularly impressed by Broadridge’s exceptional focus on service standards and its client-centric approach to delivering on time and to budget through a highly professional, low-risk conversion process,” said Luc Vassort, Head of Operations, BNP Paribas Fund Services Australasia.

The move signals the growth of Broadridge outside the U.S. market where it remains the dominant player, building the infrastructure that underpins proxy services for over 90% of public companies and mutual funds in North America.
