BNP Paribas Securities Services has announced it will create up to 370 new jobs in its offices in Scotland over the next three to five years.
BNP Paribas’ Scottish facilities based in Glasgow and Dundee are currently engaged in fund accounting and position keeping. The new project is being supported by a Regional Selective Assistance Grant of 3.7 million.
“We have long established relationships with asset managers in Scotland and anticipate strong growth in our business in the coming years,” says Tony Solway, head of BNP Paribas Securities Services UK. “This grant will enable us to support this growth in our operations centres in Glasgow and Dundee, accessing the local markets which are rich in talent.”
