BNP Paribas appoints Beatrice Belorgey as Head of Investor Relations and Financial Information (IRFI), succeeding Veronique Ormezzano. A graduate of Paris’ Institut d’Etudes Politiques and a qualified financial analyst (CEFA), Beatrice Belorgey initially worked for 10 years within BNP’s Fixed Income, then Corporate Finance, teams before joining BNP Paribas Wealth Management in Luxembourg where she was Head of Financial Products. In 2005, she joined the Investor Relations and Financial Information team where she was in charge of relationship with sell-side analysts and rating agencies, and of financial information.

Veronique Ormezzano transfers to the BNP Paribas’ Financial Institutions Group within Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) as Head of Sovereigns, Supras and Central Banks. She will lead the team of FIG bankers currently in place and will foster all initiatives taken towards these clients across the various divisions, businesses lines and territories. After graduating from HEC, Veronique Ormezzano worked for several years in the Finance division of Arthur Andersen before joining BNP Paribas in 1994, where she introduced the Risk-Adjusted Return on Capital methodology (RAROC). In 1998 she moved to CIB to create the Loan Portfolio Management function before taking over responsibility for IRFI in 2006.

Within IRFI, Cyril Meilland, in addition of his responsabilities as Investor Relations officer, he will be more specifically be in charge of the sell-side analyst relations. Claire Sineux, previously working for BNP Paribas Wealth Management, will join the IRFI team to be in charge of rating agencies and debt investor relations in particular.
