BNP Paribas Securities Services has appointed a new head of the Netherlands, while also making two other senior appointments to boost its coverage in the country.

Robert van Kerkhoff has been promoted to head of the Netherlands and will relocate to Amsterdam. He was previously deputy head of Operations for Asset and Fund Services based in Paris.

BNP Paribas has also appointed Ronal Koelewijn as head of Sales for the Netherlands, and Erwin Reyes as secretary general for BNP Paribas Securities Services in the country.

“We have successfully expanded our pension funds offering in the Netherlands in recent years,” says Gerald Noltsch, head of Germany, Northern Europe, CEE & CIS at BNP Paribas Securities Services. “We are seeing strong demand to help investors in light of regulatory changes, AIFMD being one of them. Robert has played an important role in the development of our global offering in our Asset and Fund Services product line and I am delighted to see him take the lead of our Netherlands office.”
