Bloomer Quites Wilco Unexpectedly

Wilco International, a wholly owned subsidiary of ADP Inc, today announced the appointment of Elizabeth Lake as its new Chief Executive Officer. She replaces Stephen Bloomer who is leaving Wilco to pursue other business interests outside of the financial services IT sector.

It is understood that Bloomer was looking for a change of lifestyle as well as direction, and has moved to the West Country to run his own leisure and hospitality business.”

In her new role, Lake has responsibility for all aspects of Wilco’s business worldwide. She is based at Wilco’s international headquarters in the UK.

“I am very confident that Elizabeth will be a great asset to our organisation, and we wish her every success in leading Wilco to continued growth and development,” said John Hogan, co-head of ADP Brokerage Services Group.

Lake joins Wilco from KPMG where she was a Partner for Financial Services, responsible for strengthening KPMG’s EMA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) division’s financial services consulting capabilities, as well as senior client relationship management. She has also held senior executive positions at CSC Index and Ziff-Davis Technical Information Company.
