BISYS has appointed Robert Guillocheau to president of BISYS Retirement Services. “We are very pleased to promote Bob to this position,” said Bill Tomko, president of BISYS Investment Services. “His significant experience, superb leadership abilities and tenure with our company as Chief Operating Officer and executive vice president for Retirement Services make him ideally suited to lead this business. Under Bob’s leadership, we are confident we will strengthen our position in this important marketplace.”

Guillocheau joined BISYS Retirement Services in 2003 to oversee service, operations, and information technology. Prior to joining BISYS, he served as executive vice president and general manager of First Data Retirement Services, as well as Chief Operating Officer of ChannelWave, an enterprise CRM software provider. Previously, he was chief financial officer of Mellon Bank Corporation’s Mutual Fund Services Group. He began his career in 1982 with Price Waterhouse.

Guillocheau replaces Christopher Guarino, who left the company to pursue other professional opportunities. “We thank Chris for his many contributions to BISYS and wish him the very best of success,” said Tomko. Guillocheau holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting from The College of the Holy Cross. He is a member of the Society of Professional Administrators and Recordkeepers (SPARK), the Institute of Certified Management Accountants and is a past member of the ICI 401(k) committee.
