BISYS reported net income of $33.8 million in the fourth quarter on revenue of $253.2 million, 9.4 per cent down on revenue 6 per cent up from $238.7 million on the same period last year. In the year ended 30 June, BISYS had net income of $111.8 million, 3.5 per cent down on 2001-02.
