BISYS reported net income of $32.5 million in the first quarter of 2003, not far behind the $33.2 million it delivered a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was actually up at $244.8 million, an increase of 11 per cent from $220.5 million in the same period last year. Excluding restructuring charges, pro forma net income for the nine months ended March 31, 2003 was $85.6 million against $82.6 million for the same period last year.
