BISYS is to delay filing its 2003-04 annual report on Form 10-k because a “current employee of its Fund Services business raised certain issues, particularly in connection with the documentation process in the company’s preparation for a SAS 70 review.” A special committee of the board, advised by independent counsel, is investigating the matter.
Form 10-k was due on 13 September.
