BISYS Fund Services has appointed two new executives to strengthen their global outsourcing services operations. Peter Quinn will be senior vice president and chief information officer (CIO), and Joseph L. Rezabek, will be senior vice president, responsible for fund administration and fund accounting.
They will both be based in the Columbus, Ohio facility and report to Dana Donahue, the executive vice president of operations.
Quinn previously worked for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Boston Financial Data Services and the Bank of Ireland First Holdings, Inc.
“BISYS and the industry itself are at a pivotal juncture,” says Quinn. “Opportunities await those who can successfully achieve cost-effectiveness and IT value, while concurrently improving service quality and customer satisfaction. My goal is to lead BISYS in attaining that model of success.”
Rezabek previously worked for State Street Corporation, Putnam Investments, Colonial Investor Services (now Columbia Management Group), and First Data Corporation (now PFPC Inc.).
