BISYS Retirement Services announced Tuesday its appointment of Lee Tenny as the company’s first vice president of TPA Alliances as a company-wide push to embrace third-party administrator relationships. Tenny will operate from the firm’s Dresher, Pennsylvania, office.
According to BISYS President Bob Guillocheau, TPA alliances are a “key component” of the company’s direction, especially in the small market segment, and he thinks Tenny’s 12 years of experience with retail and institutional outsourcing will refine the company’s services.
Also as part of their effort to further involve TPAs in the firm, BISYS offers LinkInsight, a TPA product offering that the firm says complements their ability to provide retirement plan designs, plan documentation and administration in a culsultative format.
