SunGard has named Bill Nosal managing director of compliance solutions within its Enterprise Solutions group.
Previously, he was the compliance officer for Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., Inc.’s fixed income trading desks and the ABS/MBS Investment Banking group.
“Compliance remains a priority across the financial services industry,” says Nosal. “SunGard offers a broad range of products that help address complex compliance needs. My role will be to influence the direction of SunGard’s compliance solutions in a manner that makes sense for our customers.”
