Bill Locke has joined eSecLending as head of Market and Credit Risk Management.
Locke will be responsible for identifying, quantifying and managing market and credit risk in eSecLending’s securities financing and cash management programs. Locke has focused on policy development, credit risk management, customized trade structures, interest rate risk management and collateral eligibility and valuation.
Prior to joining eSecLending, Locke worked as a Financial Services Market Specialist for the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, vice president of Global Securities Lending at Brown Brothers Harriman as well as
managing director of Securities Finance at State Street Bank and Trust Company.
eSecLending’s chief risk officer and head of Corporate Strategy, Peter Economou states, “We are excited to have Bill on board.
