ADP Brokerage Services Group has appointed Lisa Berk-Lidsky as Vice President of Workflow Process in its Brokerage Processing Services (BPS) group.

In her new role, Berk-Lidsky will be responsible for selling and promoting the workflow product. “We are thrilled to have Lisa join our BPS team,” says Marianne Brown, General Manager, BPS. “Her financial experience and knowledge of front, middle and back office processing will strengthen our ability to provide innovative solutions. Lisa will be a powerful addition to the firm.”

ADP says its Workflow is a business process management solution that offers users browser-based exceptions handling and business rules based automation of reconciliation and incident resolution processing. As part of ADP’s Brokerage Processing Services platform, the system enables back-office personnel to track exceptions-based cases, generate e-alerts, and collaborate during the lifecycle of an event resolution. The system integrates with the BPS products, providing a central platform for automated management and cure of all exceptions regardless of instrument type.
