HRH Crown Prince Philippe of Belgium formally inaugurated Capco’s new facilities at Koramangala, Bangalore.

Capco’s facilities in Bangalore will provide a variety of services to Capco customers globally, including technology development and support services and outsourced data migration and management services.

HRH Crown Prince Philippe, who is in India leading a high level Belgian trade mission to encourage trade relations, scout for joint ventures and attract investments from India, was accompanied by Her Excellency Minister Fientje Moerman, Vice-Minister-President of the Flemish Government and the Flemish Minister for Economy, Enterprise, Science, Innovation and Foreign Trade and the Belgian Ambassador to India Mr. Patrick De Beyter. In his prepared inaugural remarks, Mr. Heyvaert elaborated on Capco’s plans for expansion in Bangalore, which include increasing its staff count from 100 employees to 200 employees by year end 2005 and 300 employees by year end 2006. This expansion is appropriate given that Mr.

Heyvaert expects the number of financial services clients served by Capco in Bangalore to grow significantly by year end 2005.
