Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) has hired a new chief global regulatory and market strategist.

Carla Jane Findlay-Dons joins the bank from Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) where was previously an executive director for regulatory management with a focus on European regulation.

Based in London, she will be responsible for developing BBH’s stance on market and regulatory events.

Findlay-Dons will also lead the group’s partnerships with regulatory experts across BBH to provide a global voice on regulation, and to develop solutions that help clients respond to the changing regulatory landscape.

Her appointment boosts BBH’s regulatory team following the departure of its long-time regulatory intelligence chief and head of strategy, Sean Tuffy, who joined Citi last year.
