Barry Kayes, chairman of the Tenet Group, the largest independently owned adviser support group in the UK, is the latest key industry leader to join the Chartered Insurance Institute’s (CII) Faculty of Life and Pensions Advisory Board. Established earlier this year, one of the key aims of the Faculty is to help companies drive up standards of professionalism and good practice and to enhance consumer confidence and promote career opportunities.
